Who Does What: Employer, Agency, Candidate and Authority Responsibilities
International recruitment involves four parties, each with distinct responsibilities. Confusing them is where most misunderstandings start.
A recruitment assignment that crosses borders is not one transaction. Four separate parties are involved, and each owns a different part of the outcome. Knowing who decides what keeps an assignment on track.
Employer provides
Legal company information, the manpower requirement and job descriptions, salary and benefits, the employment contract, working hours, accommodation conditions, permit-related documents, and the interview and selection decisions.
Green Outdoors Global provides
Candidate sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, trade-testing coordination, candidate document collection, recruitment documentation support, deployment coordination, and progress communication throughout.
Candidate provides
Genuine identity documents, education and experience records, medical fitness, police clearance where required, interview participation, contract acknowledgement, and departure documentation.
Authorities decide
Work authorisation, visa issuance, emigration clearance where applicable, entry permission, and residence or employment permissions, none of which any recruitment agency, including Green Outdoors Global, can guarantee or control.
