Ethical Recruitment Policy
Green Outdoors Global Private Limited is a Recruiting Agent registered with the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, under the Emigration Act, 1983 (Registration Certificate No. B-1873/GUJ/COM/100/5/10332/2023; eMigrate RA ID RA5860522). Registration does not mean that the Government endorses, guarantees or acts through us. We ("Green Outdoors Global Pvt Ltd") operate under the Emigration Act, 1983 and the eMigrate framework. This policy sets out the principles we apply to every recruitment assignment.
1. Non-discrimination and fair treatment
We assess and select candidates on the basis of measurable criteria: documented experience, verified qualifications, interview performance and, where relevant, practical trade assessment. We do not discriminate on the basis of religion, caste, gender, region or any characteristic unrelated to a candidate's ability to perform the role. We describe our workforce and screening process using specific, verifiable criteria, not generalised claims about any group of people.
2. Transparency with candidates
Candidates are informed of the role, employer, destination country, and the general terms of the opportunity before they proceed through our screening process. We do not knowingly misrepresent a role, employer or destination to a candidate.
3. Consent and voluntary participation
Participation in our recruitment process is voluntary at every stage. Candidates may withdraw at any point before deployment. We collect and process candidate data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data-protection law.
4. Lawful documentation
We require genuine identity, education and experience documentation from candidates, and we do not knowingly submit or facilitate fraudulent documentation to any employer or authority. Deployment follows the eMigrate system and applicable emigration-clearance requirements.
5. No forced labour, trafficking or unauthorised intermediaries
We do not engage in or knowingly facilitate forced labour, human trafficking or bonded recruitment. We do not knowingly recruit anyone under 18 years of age. We do not retain a candidate's passport or original travel documents, and we do not authorise any employer, partner or intermediary acting on our behalf to do so. We recruit Indian candidates directly under our own registration certificate. We do not employ sub-agents, which the conditions of a recruiting agent's registration do not permit, and no one else is authorised to collect money or make job offers on our behalf. Any candidate service charge stays within the limit in Rule 25 of the Emigration Rules, 1983 (at most ₹30,000 plus GST as applicable, under G.S.R. 1510(E) of 14 December 2017), is paid only by digital payment or bank draft, and is always receipted. Visa fees, the pre-employment medical, the air ticket and any pre-deployment board and lodging are borne by the foreign employer. Employer service fees are agreed in writing for each assignment, are separate from, and never recovered through, any charge to candidates. See About & Compliance.
6. Grievance mechanism
Candidates or employers who have a concern about how a recruitment assignment was handled may raise it with us directly using the contact details below. We aim to acknowledge grievances within a reasonable time and address them in good faith.
