Recruiting Indian workers for Oman.
Oman is an ECR destination: workers with ECR passports need emigration clearance through eMigrate. The Embassy of India in Muscat publishes two routes for employers: bulk recruitment through registered Indian recruiting agents, and direct recruitment by the employer.
In bulk recruitment, the Omani employer's documents support the Indian recruiting agent's application to the Protector of Emigrants. That is the route we operate as an MEA-registered recruiting agent.
Emigration clearances issued for Oman: 21,336 in 2023, 24,258 in 2024 and 29,158 in 2025 (MEA reply to Rajya Sabha Starred Question 75, 5 February 2026, Annexure-A). These counts show Government processing activity for ECR-passport workers, not employer demand.
