Bahrain is an ECR destination: workers with ECR passports need emigration clearance through eMigrate. According to the Embassy of India in Manama, bulk recruitment runs through registered Indian recruiting agents.
The Embassy attests employment agreements. Its attestation checklist includes the work permit from Bahrain's Ministry of Labour and an NOC from the General Directorate of Nationality, Passports and Residence (GDNPR); its eMigrate process document refers to the work permit copy from the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA).
